I’ve always believed that healing isn’t a straight line—it’s more like a spiral. We circle back, deepen, soften, grow. And at some point along the way, we realize we’re not the same as we were before.
This post marks the beginning of something that’s been unfolding quietly for years. Everroot Holistic Psychotherapy was born from a deep, steady call within me—a longing to create a space where people feel safe enough to unravel, curious enough to explore, and supported enough to grow.
Like many therapists, I was shaped by my own healing journey long before I ever stepped into a graduate program. I’ve known chaos and calm, fragmentation and re-integration. I’ve studied the nervous system, walked through my own trauma work, sat in stillness, and moved through grief. And through it all, I’ve returned—again and again—to this truth: there is wisdom in the body, and there is power in being witnessed.
Everroot is not just a practice. It’s a place to remember. A place to reconnect—with your wholeness, with your pace, and with the quiet knowing that’s already within you. It’s rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the stories we carry.
I created this space for the seekers. The ones asking deeper questions. The ones who are ready (or almost ready) to tend to what’s been ignored, to listen inward, to move forward with intention.
If you’re here, thank you. I’m so glad our paths crossed.
