✺ Professional Disclosure

Everroot Integrative Care LLC is a private practice owned and operated by Ali Caudill, M.Ed., Resident in Counseling in the state of Virginia. I am practicing under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor as part of my post-graduate residency toward full licensure. Supervision details are available upon request.

In addition to therapy services for Virginia residents, I also offer coaching services to individuals located outside the state. Coaching is non-clinical and does not include diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.

✺ Scope of Practice

The services offered through Everroot include both therapy and coaching, depending on your needs and location. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and holistic approaches to emotional and spiritual wellness.

Therapy is available to Virginia residents and is offered under clinical supervision.

Coaching is available to clients worldwide and is designed to support personal growth, embodiment, and self-trust.

These services are not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.

✺ Privacy + Confidentiality

Your privacy is deeply respected. All therapy sessions and client records are protected under HIPAA and Virginia state law. Coaching sessions, while held in confidence, are not bound by HIPAA regulations.

Exceptions to confidentiality will be reviewed during the informed consent process for therapy clients.

✺ Out-of-Network Insurance

Everroot Integrative Care LLC does not bill insurance directly. If you are a therapy client, you may request a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service. All fees—including sliding scale options and packages—will be clearly outlined before we begin.

Coaching sessions are not reimbursable through insurance and are paid directly at the time of service.
