Where connection and creativity help insight become lived change.
At Everroot Integrative Care, I offer therapy for people who want more than coping—they want to understand themselves deeply and live more fully aligned with who they are becoming. My work is rooted in authentic human connection and shaped by what I call Creative Relational Therapy, an approach that weaves thoughtful dialogue with art and other creative practices that help access deeper layers of the self. Because some of the most important parts of our story live beneath language, these practices help bring insight into the body—where it becomes embodied change.

Ali Caudill of Everroot Integrative Care offers therapy and coaching for those navigating transition, carrying a great deal for others, or longing to feel more like themselves again.
Together, we work with stuck patterns, tend to the nervous system, and cultivate deeper self-trust and self-compassion. With the eye of both a clinician and an artist, Ali helps clients notice what has been hidden, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and begin shaping a life that feels more honest and fully their own. This is a space for meaningful, steady work—where your full self is welcome and our work unfolds at a thoughtful, human pace.
"From start to finish, Ali created a safe, welcoming space where I could truly relax and connect with myself."
"She did a beautiful job of leading us through the session with compassion and honesty. You feel held and supported while you explore the emotions and physical feelings that come up."
"Ali sees the parts of me I didn’t know how to name. Her presence is steady, warm, and real—and in our work together, I’ve felt more like myself than I have in years."
I’m Ali Caudill, M.Ed., Resident in Counseling and founder of Everroot Integrative Care. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, identity shifts, and life transitions who want to reconnect with themselves in a grounded, authentic way.
My approach is integrative and relational, guided by Creative Relational Therapy, blending person-centered therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, parts work, and creative practices.
Through therapy (for Virginia residents) and coaching (available worldwide), I offer a space to soften old patterns, feel seen, and reconnect with who you truly are. Sessions are collaborative, spacious, and respectful of your lived experience.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Mason University and a B.A. in Sociology from Christopher Newport University. I practice under the supervision of Bernadette Landry, LPC.
