I'm really glad you're here. Out of the 8 billion+ people in the world, our paths are crossing, and I think that's pretty cool. Even if we never meet, my wish for everyone is to know that they are worthy of love, belonging, and a life that feels rich with what matters most to them.
My therapeutic style is warm and relational, grounded in the belief that love and connection are things we are all seeking, always. Connection to self, to others, and to the world and universe at large are things every single one of us longs for. Our unique imprint prioritizes different values and interests, and we get to be curious about that and create a life that is full and true. As both a clinician and an artist, I’m also drawn to the ways art and creativity help us understand ourselves more deeply—sometimes revealing what words alone cannot. I have a quote by my front door that reads: “No one is you, and that is your power.” I believe that by embracing the depths of who we are with compassion, making sense of our story with curiosity, and honoring our path with love, we will live fulfilling, meaningful lives.
Outside of the therapy room: watching the sun rise into my bedroom window, drinking a cortado and watching the birds, adventuring with my three kids, snuggling with my animals, an 11-minute silent meditation, live music, creating beautiful spaces, art as play, laughter with the people I love, photographing moments that make me feel alive, or dreaming about my next trip.

Parts Mapping (Internal Family Systems) – A simple yet powerful way to connect with the different parts of yourself. Helpful for building inner awareness and self-compassion.
Loving-Kindness Meditation (Metta) – A heart-centered practice for cultivating compassion toward yourself and others. A gentle anchor on hard days.
The Wisdom of the Body (Hillary McBride) – A beautiful exploration of how reclaiming our relationship with our bodies can lead to deeper healing, presence, and belonging.
This is a living collection of books, podcasts, practices, and voices that have resonated with me—resources I return to for grounding, reflection, and inspiration. Some speak to healing, some to self-understanding, some simply to beauty. I’ll continue to add and shift things over time, trusting that what’s needed will find its way here when the time is right.
