Hi, I’m Ali Caudill (she/her), the practitioner behind Everroot Integrative Care.
I believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the deeper layers of our story. I hold space for clients to reconnect with what’s true, what’s tender, and what’s possible. My work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that you are not broken—just becoming.

I specialize in supporting sensitive, thoughtful humans navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity shifts, and the impact of relational wounds. Many of my clients describe feeling like they’re carrying a lot—responsibility, emotion, pressure—and are longing for more space to breathe, process, and come back to themselves.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and integrative. I draw from parts work, mindfulness-based CBT, and depth-oriented practices that honor the mind-body-soul connection. I’m especially interested in how early experiences shape present-day patterns, and how this work can support a shift from survival into fuller aliveness.

Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes and take place virtually or in person at Alyn Wellness Studio in The Plains, VA. Each session includes tea and time to ground—offering not just a service, but a sacred pause. Everroot is a space to deepen, explore, and remember your wholeness—through therapy or coaching, wherever you are.

hello + welcome, i'm ali.

Parts Mapping (Internal Family Systems) – A simple yet powerful way to connect with the different parts of yourself. Helpful for building inner awareness and self-compassion.

Loving-Kindness Meditation (Metta) – A heart-centered practice for cultivating compassion toward yourself and others. A gentle anchor on hard days.

The Wisdom of the Body (Hillary McBride) – A beautiful exploration of how reclaiming our relationship with our bodies can lead to deeper healing, presence, and belonging.

This is a living collection of books, podcasts, practices, and voices that have resonated with me—resources I return to for grounding, reflection, and inspiration. Some speak to healing, some to self-understanding, some simply to beauty. I’ll continue to add and shift things over time, trusting that what’s needed will find its way here when the time is right.
