There’s a space between the scroll and the self.
Between who we are and who we show.
Between what we consume and what we create.
This fall, we’ll explore that space together.
Social Media, Self, & AI is a six-week in-person group for women ages 25–45, meeting Wednesday evenings at 6 PM beginning November 5th at Everroot Integrative Care.
It’s a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner compass in a world that’s always online.
Over six weeks, we’ll slow down the noise and tune inward.
For four of those weeks, we’ll step completely away from social media — an intentional break supported by guided reflection, journaling, and community dialogue.
Together, we’ll explore:
– how social media shapes identity, attention, and belonging
– what happens in the quiet when we unplug
– how to rebuild a relationship with technology that feels aligned, mindful, and real
– how AI (artificial intelligence) intersects with authenticity and creativity in the digital age
Each session blends reflection, gentle embodiment practices, and meaningful conversation — an invitation to come home to yourself, off-screen.
Many of us live in a constant hum of input — photos, reels, messages, expectations.
But beneath that noise, our nervous systems are asking for rhythm, rest, and reconnection.
This group offers a space to practice presence, reclaim attention, and rediscover the freedom to choose what you let in.
When: Wednesdays, 6:00–7:30 PM
Starting: November 5, 2025
Where: Everroot Integrative Care – 4372 Old Tavern Rd, The Plains, VA
