The road to this place wasn’t linear. Like so many, my journey began with my own need for healing—an ache for steadiness in a world that often felt unsteady. Along the way I stumbled, searched, and learned to listen differently: to my body, to my breath, to the quiet wisdom that had been there all along.
Choosing to become a therapist was not simply a career decision—it was a calling. Again and again I found myself returning to the same values: presence, compassion, integrity, and the deep belief that every person carries their own medicine within them. My work is not about fixing, but about tending—helping uncover what is already alive and waiting to grow.
The name Everroot came to me as both a reminder and a vision. Roots ground us, nourish us, and hold us steady, even as we reach and stretch into new directions. Healing, too, is not a one-time event but an ongoing, living process—something we can return to again and again.
Here, I hope people feel a sense of rootedness and possibility. The care I offer is holistic, trauma-informed, and heart-led. It honors the mind, body, and soul as inseparable. My vision for Everroot is simple: that you walk through the door and feel your shoulders drop, your breath deepen, and a sense of being held—exactly as you are.
Everroot is a place for those longing to come back to themselves. For those ready to build self-trust, to steady their nervous system, and to meet themselves with compassion. For those who feel the call toward curiosity, courage, and clarity as they navigate relationships, transitions, and the tender work of being human.
Most of all, this is a space for a return to wholeness—for remembering that nothing essential has ever been lost.
As I begin this chapter, I invite you to follow along, reach out, or simply take what resonates from these words. Whether we meet in the therapy room, through shared reflections here, or simply in the quiet kinship of knowing we are not alone—my hope is that Everroot can be a reminder: you are rooted, you are growing, and you are already enough.
